Healthy eating

Eating a healthy diet that is high in fruit and vegetables, high in fibre, and low in sugar, salt and fat (especially saturated fat) can help to:

(1) Reduce your blood pressure
(2) Reduce your risk of heart disease
(3) Reduce your risk of stroke
(4) Reduce your risk of some types of cancer
(5) And, of course, avoid the unnecessary medical bills.
